Digital Health ID Card full information:  PM Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission on 27 September 2021, a unique health id card launched under the National Health Mission. Now all citizens of India will be given a digital Id card like an Aadhar card, which will have complete information related to their medical history.  

Digital Health ID Card: In this digital health card, all the information related to the patient's name, address, health-related problems, admission, discharge, and the doctor will be present. Through Health I D, the complete medical history of the patient can be known, and the doctor login can easily know the complete health history of the patient from anywhere.

14 Digit Digital ID Number For All: In the Health ID card, all citizens will get a 14 digit Id number, which will work in the whole country, it will contain complete medical data of that citizen's health. In this, the doctor's clinic and the hospital will be connected through a server so that the patient can get his treatment done anywhere in India. 

Benefits of Health ID Card: With the help of a health card, now both the patient and the doctor will get ease of treatment by knowing all the information about the patient. Doctors can easily start treatment from anywhere by knowing the past information and tests of the patient, which will help them a lot. The patient will also be relieved of having to carry his/her test and prescription and many previous tests will be cleared by the doctor.

How To Apply for Digital ID Card :

To create a Unique Digital Health Card, first, you have to go to the official website of the National Digital Health Mission, ndhm.gov.in.

After that, you will see the Unique Digital Health Card option Create Health ID.

Now you have to click on this option and after that, the card-making process will start.

After that, you will be asked for Aadhaar card information only.

Now you have to enter your Aadhaar number and after that verify by entering OTP.

You can also get a health card made by giving your Aadhaar information.

You can get a health card made only through your mobile number.

When you give a mobile number, after that you have to verify it through OTP.

Now you have to provide any information for your profile including your picture, date of birth, and address. 

Now a form will appear in front of you, in which you have to enter the information. After entering all the information, a health ID card will appear in front of you. It will have all your information like photos and a QR code etc.
