The Story of this film revolves around the life of Raju, a coolie. Jai Kishen is Matchmaker who was insulted by a rich businessman named Rosario who wants to become a millionaire. Jai Kishen wants to take revenge from Rosario and for that he choose Raju for Rosario's Daughter. To cover his job, Raju make Story of having rich family and twin and lie about his job.This movie is Full of Comedy  as it is a remake of Govinda Starrer Filt Coolie No.1.
